“Near the end of 2017, I began to struggle with symptoms that left me almost incapable of doing the little things in life. Driving became a huge issue! I suffered from major symptoms that sent me to see my primary care doctor multiple times, which then led to seeing a cardiologist, neurologist, ophthalmologist, audiology, ENT, Physical therapy, VRT (vestibular rehab therapy) and mental health. I ended up being diagnosed with a condition called “Bilateral Vestibular Hypofunction.” That means that my vestibular system (what controls your balance) in both ears was not functioning anymore. No one knew what had caused it.”
“I suffered for 9 months with unbearable nausea, dizziness and ear pressure. I went to VRT for 4 months with no improvement to account for. I felt like I had the worlds worst hangover EVER!…Until a good friend of mine suggested I see a doctor of chiropractic care. Dr. Dave was my answer. He examined me and realized that my C1 was out of alignment. Because of it, it caused the fluid in my inner ear to back up in my eustachian tube, which caused pressure and dizziness. After just 2 visits, I was back to my normal self! My nausea and dizziness subsided. I was so RELIEVED! The ear pressure began to subside and soon I no longer had fluid backed up in my eustachian tube. It’s been almost 5 years and I still feel amazing!”
